Procedures
The various service and testing procedures below can be performed after the manifold gauge set has been
installed as shown in the following diagrams.
No flow in hose
Flow in hose
Closed valve
To purge hoses before hooking up
To observe operating pressures

Open valve
1. Connect (1 and 2) hoses at E and F. Do not tighten
2. Close valves C and D.
3. Connect (4) hose G to refrigerantte.
4. Open valves A and B.
5. Crack D and G valve to begin purge.
6. Tighten hose E and F.
1. Close valves A and B.
2. Close valves C and D.
3. Connect hoses ① and ② as illustrated.
4. Crack open back seat E and F.
