ATTACHING THE HANDLE
See Figure 1, page 13.
 Turn the propane heater OFF.
 Align the tab on the bottom of the handle to the slot in
the top of the heater.
 NOTE: The screw holes in the handle and the heater
should also align when the handle is oriented properly.
 Use the provided screws (4) to attach the handle to the
heater.
 Tighten each screw securely.
USING PROPANE (LIQUID PROPANE ALSO
CALLED LIQUID PETROLEUM)
Propane is highly flammable and may ignite unexpectedly
when mixed with air. The propane cylinder used with this
forced air heater must meet the following requirements:
 Constructed and marked in accordance with the Speci-
fications for LP Gas Cylinders of the U.S. Department
of Transporation (D.O.T.) or the National Standard of
Canada, CAN/CSA-B339, Cylinders,
Spheres, and Tubes for Transporta-
tion of Dangerous Goods and Com-
mission.
 Measurements: 12 in. diameter x 18
in. tall with 20 lb. maximum capacity.
 Cylinder valve must have:
 — Cylinder connection device (Type 1) compatible with
the connector for the propane heater
 — Safety relief valve
