IDENTIFICATION OF COMPONENTS
SAFETY VALVE
This valve is designed to prevent system failure by relieving system pressure when
EN
compressed air reaches a predetermined level. The valve is predetermined by the
manufacturer and must not be modified in any way. To verify that the valve is
working properly, pull the ring out. Air pressure should come out. When the ring
is released, it will reset.
PILOT VALVE
When the lever is in the vertical position, all air from the air compressor is vented through the discharge silencer. This
provides an easy start function. For normal operation, the lever is in the 90° position.

AIR INTAKE FILTER
This filter is designed to clean air coming into the pump. To ensure that the pump
continuously receives a supply of clean, fresh and dry air, this filter must always
be clean and the ventilation opening must be free of obstructions. Change the
filter when necessary.
OIL FILLING PORT/VENTILATION
Pour oil into the port/ventilation to refill oil when necessary.
OIL SIGHT GLASS
The oil sight glass shows the oil level inside the pump. The oil level must be in the middle of the oil sight glass. If it is
low, add SAE 30W oil.
