1) Remove your NuBODY and power adapter from the box.
2) Place your NuBODY on a counter or table top. Keep away from any source of water.
3) Connect the power adapter to the NuBODY. Plug adapter into the wall outlet to charge your
device. Note: NuBODY cannot be used while plugged into the outlet and will not turn ON
while charging.
4) Important: Charge your NuBODY for approximately 16 hours before the first use. The blue
LED lights will blink, showing that your NuBODY is charging. All 3 blue LED lights will stay lit when
NuBODY is fully charged.
5) Important: Test your skin to make sure you are not sensitive to the NuFACE Microcurrent
Activator. To do so, apply a dime-sized amount of the NuFACE Microcurrent Activator on your
forearm. Leave for 15–30 minutes before washing it off. If an allergic reaction (rash, redness, etc.)
develops, immediately contact NuFACE for recommendations on alternate NuFACE Microcurrent
Activators. You should not initiate treatment with the NuBODY device until your reaction to the
NuFACE Microcurrent Activator has been resolved.
6) When NuBODY is ON it will emit an energizing hum. The default intensity is set at the minimum level.
7) Always ensure that all four [4] of the spheres remain in direct contact with the treatment area.
Always glide upward with medium pressure without pulling or dragging the skin.
8) NuBODY emits a tonal beep every five (5) seconds to indicate when to move to the next position
if desired. This beep will change to two (2) tonal beeps when the battery needs recharging.
Note: NuBODY will NOT contract the muscles. The current is soft, soothing, and mild when
used correctly.

The essential first step to your microcurrent treatment to ensure optimal results. Important:
Always apply Microcurrent Activator when using the NuBODY Device. Refer to packaging for
use by date.

The NuBODY Device is designed with four treatment spheres designed to stimulate the larger,
denser areas of the body. Follow instructions below for best results and refer to your Quick Start
for more detailed images.

GLIDES :
To glide, place NuBODY at the starting point of a treatment area. When it beeps, slowly glide
the device in an upward motion using medium pressure to the endpoint until the beep sounds
(5 seconds).
HOLDS (Recommended for stubborn areas):
To hold, place NuBODY on the targeted area and hold in place for at least 2-3 beeps
(10-15 seconds). Do not glide. You may treat multiple stubborn areas within the treatment area
for up to 5 minutes.

Get ready to Smooth and Tone.
The instructions below are designed to provide the most effective results when followed
correctly. Note: For best results, you may choose to focus on a specific area of concern
within the treatment area for the full 5 minute treatment cycle and then repeat over other
areas as necessary.
1) Cleanse the selected treatment area with an oil-free cleanser. Note: Any cream, lotion, self
tanner, and/or oil-based products on the skin can block the microcurrent.
Note: Shave any excessive hair in the treatment area as it can create a tingling sensation.
2) Important: Apply a mask-like layer of NuFACE Microcurrent Activator in sections within the
selected treatment area.
Note: Always apply a NuFACE Microcurrent Activator when using your NuBODY Device.
Reapply if skin becomes dry during treatment to avoid any uncomfortable sensations.
3) Unplug the power adapter from your NuBODY device.
4) Turn ON NuBODY by pressing the ON/OFF button. Ascending tonal beeps will sound. Select
your preferred intensity level.
5) Adjust the intensity level up or down by pressing the power button until you reach your comfort
level. As you move between the three (3) intensity levels, NuBODY will emit a tonal beep and the
number of blue LED lights will change.
Intensity Levels:
• Minimum Intensity: First Light Illuminated
• Medium Intensity: First & Second Lights Illuminated
• Maximum Intensity: All Three Lights Illuminated
6) Begin treatment by gliding the device in an upward motion as shown in the illustration below.
7) For stubborn areas, such as dimpled or uneven skin, hold the device on the target area for 2-3
beeps to provide a more targeted treatment.
8) Treat for 5 minutes until the device automatically powers OFF. You may continue to treat other
areas for an additional 5 minutes per area.
9) After treatment is complete, massage any excess Microcurrent Activator into skin for additional
skincare benefits.
10) Turn OFF the NuBODY Device after treatment. A descending audible beep is emitted notifying
you that your device is turning OFF. See the "CLEANING" section for proper cleaning instructions.
Note: The NuBODY Device will automatically shut off after 5 minutes of use.
Important: Download the NuFACE APP for additional how-to instructions, and customized
treatment options. You can download it from the App store or the Google Play Store. To pair
your device, in the App, click on 'Add Device' and follow the on-screen instructions to connect.
The NuFACE app is available in many countries around the world and supports Chinese, Spanish,
German, French, and Korean languages.

• Use 5 minutes a day per treatment area.
• For the first 60 days, use 5 times per week.
• After 60 days, use 2-3 times per week for maintenance.
• Allow 24 hours between treatments.
