GET TO KNOW YOUR CARBON MAST
The F-ONE carbon mast is monobloc and therefore
consists of one single piece. The top ends by a plate
with 4 holes enabling to fasten the mast to any board
fitted with a double track system. The bolts must be
M6 diameter with a tapered head (bolt spacing is
160 x 90 mm), the length of these bolts vary depen-
ding on the standard of the board, please refer to your
board specifications and equipment.
At the lower end, the mast ends with a mast foot fea-
turing the TITAN format, which enables to fasten the
mast onto the fuselages and wings also featuring the
corresponding TITAN imprint. Fastening the bottom of
the mast is done using some M6 bolts. The standard
and length of these bolts depend of the fuselage or
the wing which is being connected. Please check the
characteristics of the screws supplied with your fuse-
lage or front wing.

WARNING
THE SHAPE OF THE WINGS' PROFILE SHALL NOT BE MODIFIED, FILLED AND SANDED.
DOING SO WOULD ALTER THE BALANCE AND PREVENT THE CORRECT OPERATION OF
THE FOIL.
In order to guarantee the correct behavior and performances of the foil, the rear edge (trailing edge) of the
wings must remain very thin, hereby making this part more fragile in case of impacts. During handling and use
of the FOIL, the user should be particularly cautious with these sharp areas in order to avoid any risk of injury.
!
Vibrations during use can lead to the loosening of
the bolts. To ensure proper functionnality and avoid
damage/failure, it is necessary to tighten all bolts
firmly before each use (especially those between the
fuselage/plane and the mast)

Make sure the surface of the blades remain smoo-
th and clean. The foil works using a dynamic equi-
librium and the flow around the wings can be very
sensible to local roughness. Sudden stalling can
happen if the surface condition of the several parts is
compromised. Stalling the foil can unsettle the rider
and result in abrupt falls. If local bumps or troughs
appear following an impact, fill with epoxy resin or
primer and sand until the local surface is smooth and
clean again. It is strongly recommended to let a pro-
fessional handle these kinds of repairs.
If necessary, this information may be sent to the F-ONE

the store and the date of purchase must be clearly le-
gible. If the product is declared defective by F-ONE, the
