To remove scale, use a commercially available descaling product following the

instructions on the packaging, or use white vinegar.
Clean the tank using a 1:1 solution of vinegar and water. Fill the tank at least

halfway and stir the solution to cover the entire inside. Leave the solution in
the kettle for about 8 hours.
Pour out the solution and fill the kettle with fresh water. Boil and pour the

water 4-5 times.
Make sure all parts are completely dry.

Never use abrasive cleaners or strong chemicals to clean the kettle.
