• Ground: Level ground
• Surface: Avoid hard surfaces, reduce head injury risk.
• Safety: Consider cushioning materials.
• Visibility: Keep it in sight from your house.
Lay out straight cable and ratchet strap next to course -
5'-6' H
starting and ending tree to determine the approximate
cable length you will be using
- Note: QuickSet Ratchet line - adds 12' (4M) length to 100' cable line.
Mark excess cable length with piece of tape to know the cable
length to wrap around tree.
Wrap tree protection around tree -

Slide plastic cable protection to the
back side of start tree
Stack the cable with the "Zipline Course"
cable on bottom for u- clamp
Space distance between u-clamps
3' (8 cm) Place thread cover caps on
each exposed thread.
Thread the cable, using the blunt end,
through the spring brake first
