2. General Safety Instructions

1) General

Check if the electrical speci cations of this luminaire are compatible with your installation.

WARNING: The power supply must be deactivated prior to assembly, maintenance,
exchanging the bulb or cleaning processes. Remove the fuse or switch the fuse to
OFF and secure from reactivation.
Care must be taken before drilling xing holes to avoid any existing wiring or pipework that may be
concealed.

2) Electrical safety
Luminaire should be installed by authorized electrician only according to national wiring rules.
Warning: if the external exible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall
be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar
quali ed person in order to avoid a hazard.
3. Speci c Safety Rules
The installation shall be carried out by an electrician or electriclly skilled person
such that the basic insulated xed wiring have to be prepared with supplementary
insulation before the luminaire can be connected.

to a communal collecting point for environmentally friendly disposal in accordance

The packaging material is recyclable. Dispose of the packaging in an environmentally
friendly manner and make it available for the recyclable material collection-service.
