MAINTENANCE
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity of the awning and the safety of its users.
- Examine the crank loop every 6 months. If it is damaged, stop using it until it is replaced or repaired.
- Check all the nuts and bolts on the frame once a year and tighten them if necessary.
- Stop using the awning immediately if it is damaged or unstable.
- Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning products on the metal frame. Use a mild detergent diluted in warm
water and a soft, damp cloth.
WARRANTY

Sweeek guarantees all the components of your awning against any manufacturing or material faults
for 2 years, starting with the date of purchase by the consumer.
•
If a component proves to be defective during the warranty period, your only option will be to have the
defective component repaired or replaced under the terms defined by Sweeek After-Sales Service.
•
The implementation of the Sweeek (WALIBUY) warranty involves the replacement of damaged com-
ponents, with shipping and return postage fees at the expense of the buyer.
•
This warranty does not apply in the event of abuse, misuse or non-authorised repair of the product.
Once the defective product is returned to our workshops, it will be assessed and you will be kept in-
formed of the repairs to be made.
•
Our equipment is designed for use in a personal, private context. Any use in a professional context will
invalidate all warranties automatically.
LIST OF EXCLUSIONS FROM THE WARRANTY
•
Natural ageing, normal wear and tear, corrosion.
•
Damage or faults attributable to external causes (accidents, collisions, lightning, strong winds, etc.),
•
Damage resulting from incorrect assembly,
•
Non-compliance with manufacturer's instructions,
•
Damage caused to the product following repairs made without our prior agreement,
•
Makeshift or provisional repairs and resulting aggravation of the damage,
•
Replacement of worn components,
•
Damage resulting from use that does not comply with the product's main function.
