Operating Information
The UHP 2.0 Headpiece is compatible with all Advanced Bionics' cochlear
implants, sound processors, and cables (except AquaMic™ cables). The headpiece
has been provided to you already assembled. To operate your headpiece with
your cochlear implant system you will need to:
1.
Attach a color cover, if not already attached.
2.
Attach the headpiece to your sound processor with an attached cable.
3.
Then place the bottom side of the headpiece centered over the internal
magnet of your cochlear implant.
Color Caps
The UHP 2.0 Headpiece is ONLY compatible with the UHP 2.0 Color Caps
(CI-7128). To attach or remove the color cap on your headpiece:
