- Page 3 Function Spring USA’s Unlimited Induction Range, item #SM-300CR, is a portable, product holding range intended for countertop use. The range features a durable, all-black housing with touch controls. The range has been designed specifically to keep food warm. Food must be at or above serving temperature before being placed on the range.
- Page 4 To install the induction range as a built-in unit follow the below steps: NOTICE: Countertop thickness must not exceed 2.0”. 1. Ensure the installation location has proper ventilation. There must be at least 7” of available space under the mounted induction range and the inside temperature of the cabinet must not exceed 90°F/32°C.
- Page 5 • Vessels must have a base diameter greater than 4.7”. NOTICE: Spring USA induction servers and induction ranges are designed to work together as a system.
