To Receive a Call
Release CALL or PTT key and wait for a signal. »RX« means the radio
is in receiving status. You can hear the ring tone or the voice
from the other user. (Fig.6)
To Adjust Volume Level
1. Press + or – key to enter, »VOL« quickly appears
on the display. (Fig.7)
2. After half a second the display shows »L«. (Fig.8)
3. Press + or – key to adjust the volume level from 01
(very low) to 07 (very loud).
4. Press POWER key
to confirm the setting.
Auto Squelch (SQ)
Auto squelch control eliminates unintentional interference during communication.
Low Battery Indication
When the battery level becomes low the battery icon flashes twice per second. When the battery is too low the unit will
turn off automatically. Change the batteries in order to ensure correct operation of the radio.
