Please note that brown rice takes longer to cook than white rice and requires a little bit more
water.
After cooking is finished, for best results, let the rice sit for 15 minutes into the cooker. It will
allow the steam to finish the cooking process.
b) Using the steaming function
Pour water into inner pot thank to the measuring cup. Adjust the volume of water according
to the quantity of food. Do not put more than 0.8L of water because otherwise water will be
in contact with the steam basket and food.
Put the desired ingredient directly in steaming basket. Make sure that the food is spread
equally into the basket to insure a homogenous cooking.
Put the lid down, and plug the appliance. Push the On/Off button situated at the rear of your
rice cooker to start the appliance. The 'Keep warm' indicator will light up. Push the lever
down to begging cooking session. The 'cooking' indicator will light up.
When cooking is finish, the cooker will automatically go into keep warm mode. It will keep
the rice warm after the cooking is finished.
When you open the lid, take out the food from dish or steaming tray carefully as it is very
hot, you need wear a kitchen glove or use a cloth as pad.
After steaming process finished, push the On/Off button and take off the plug.

4) CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning, let the cooker cool down completely.
You can wash the inner pot, steam basket, measuring cup and spatula with hot and
soapy water. Rinse and dry all parts thoroughly.
Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean your Sushi Party and
don't use metal utensils to avoid damaging the appliance.
To protect against electric shock, do not place any part of this appliance in water or other
liquid.
Always check that grains of rice or other food pieces are not stuck in the griddle. This could
damage the contact between the heating element and the tank.
