of manufacture is clearly indicated on the tool identification plate, followed the serial number) and whose function
is "A power-driven tool designed to cut wood with a saw chain and consisting of an integrated compact unit of
handles, power source and cutting attachment, designed to be supported with two hands.", comply with all the
requirements stated by the Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006
