WARNINGS
• The height of the bassinet/bedside sleeper can't be inclined in different positions and
they should be in the same height positions. In order to adjust the height, pull the
adjustment lever sides upwards.
FALL HAZARD:
• A bassinet is designed to provide a sleeping area for an infant until he or she begins to
push up on hands and knees or can roll over, or has reached 25lbs, whichever comes
first, which is about 5 months of age.
• Once the child is able to sit, kneel, or pull themselves up, stop using the product.

bassinet/cradle.

unsupervised in it.
• Check the instruction manual for a list of required parts.

product if any part is missing, loose or if any signs of damage are visible. DO NOT
substitute parts.
• Contact Dream On Me Inc. if replacement parts or instructions are needed.
• In Bassinet Mode, make sure that the side panel is locked.
• Strings can cause strangulation. NEVER place the product near window blinds or patio
doors with cords where a child could reach and be strangled, or hang strings over the
product or place items with a string around an infant's neck or attach strings to toys.
• DO NOT place any cord or strap or similar items in or near this product that could get
wrapped around a child's neck.

injure a child or catch or trap his or her clothing (ribbons, strings, necklaces etc.) and
thus cause strangulation.
