Product description
The B73/LTM is a device that can be connected to the CTRL control unit (FW P4.30 version or later) of the BIONIK
barriers and allows controlling the RGB boom lights and the RGB head lights as well as signalling the status of: fully
open, fully closed and central alarm. It can be connected via the supplied wiring to the LED LIGHT connector of the
CTRL control unit, from which it takes power and can be configured using parameters10, 18, 70, 72, 74, 75, 79.
NOTE: using the RGB head lights will cause the white flashing lamp unit to lose functionality; therefore, if necessary,
install an external flashing lamp unit by connecting it to the LAM terminal of the control unit.

Installation
NOTE: refer to figure 1 for connections.
1. Apply the double-sided adhesive tape to the back of the casing of the B73/LTM board or insert B73/LTM into the
rails (if present).
2. Fasten the casing inside the BOX of the CTRL control unit, on the ENCODER, LED LIGHT and LOCKS terminal board
side
3. Connect the B73/LTM board to the control unit using the supplied wiring harness; replace the harness attached to
the plastic case (figure 1 - detail A) with the one provided by connecting the wires to the terminals SEM_24V, SEM_R,
SEM_G, SEM_B
4. Connect the RGB boom light to the terminals LIGHTS_24V, LIGHTS_R, LIGHTS_G, LIGHTS_B
5. Make sure the SEL_POWER jumper is in the INT position
6. Switch on power to the CTRL control unit
5
Settings (fig. 3-4)
The SEL_POWER jumper must be engaged into the INT position to receive power directly from the ROGER TECHNOLOGY
control unit via the supplied 4-wire harness.
If the control unit is already at its limit for accessory power (photocells, etc.) and the addition of lights exceeds this
limit, it is possible to power the B73/EXP and RGB lights with an external power supply to be connected to terminals
V24_AUX and COM (see fig.4); in this case the SEL_POWER jumper must be set to EXT position.
