OPERATING AND MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
FORMAT Fire Safe Light FP
• You can program up to 30 different fingers in this way.
• Make sure to check that the new fingerprint works while the door is open. Do not
close the door until you are sure that the new fingerprint functions correctly.
IMPORTANT: The door must always be open when programming or checking
the fingerprint!
Closing the door
• Push the door firmly closed and turn the door handle anti-clockwise to the left. The
lock locks automatically.
• Check with the door handle that the lock is properly locked. It must not be possible to
turn the door handle when it is locked.

3.4.2 Operation with numerical code
Opening the door with numerical code
• Unlock the keypad by placing your palm on the keypad. A beep sound will be emitted
and the keypad illuminates blue.
• Enter the 6-digit numerical code (factory code 123456) and confirm with the # key.
If the code is entered correctly, the RIGHT symbol (top left) will illuminate blue, a beep
will be heard and shortly afterwards a clicking sound.
• Then turn the door handle (keypad) clockwise to the right within 5 seconds and
open the door.
Error messages when opening the door with numerical code
• If the code is entered incorrectly, the ERROR symbol (top right) will illuminate blue
and a ringing tone will sound. You can make as many incorrect entries as you like, the
lock will not be blocked.
Programming the numerical code
• Open the cabinet door.
• Unlock the keypad by placing your palm on the keypad. A beep sound will be emitted
and the keypad illuminates blue.
• Press the 0 button on the keypad twice.
• Press the programming button on the bottom of the door, the RIGHT symbol (top
left) flashes blue.
• Enter the new 6-digit numerical code and confirm with the # key. If the program-
ming is successful, a double beep sounds followed by a long beep.
• Make sure to check that the new numerical code works while the door is open. Do
not close the door until you are sure that the new numerical code functions correctly.
• Keep the numerical code in a safe place outside the safe cabinet!
IMPORTANT: The door must always be open when programming or checking the nu-
merical code!
