FAN HEATING / ROTISSERIE CONTROL KNOB
Arrêt Position
Rotisserie: in order to roast your meats. Place the tray on the lower
position to recover cooking juice.
To use only with
Fan heating : hot is project to all surface of the oven by the fan in
order to cook homogeneously all your meals or in order to cook two
different meals without flavour mixing.
Fan heating + rotisserie : this position active at the same time
rotisserie and fan heating.
To use only with
THERMOSTAT :
You can adjust the temperature from 100°C to 250°C.
You can modify temperature at any cooking time.

OPERATING INDICATOR LIGHT :
Operating indicator light lights on once timer is on. Oven starts cooking.

Upper element : il allows to brown or to grill your meals.
Lower element : lower element starts heating. It allows to cook your
meals by down or to finish a meal that has already cooked by up
Upper element and lower element : two elements starts heating at
the same time. Il allows to cook homogenously your meals: pastry
making, vegetables, cooked dishes...

TIMER KNOB
You can adjust the cooking time from 0 to 120 min.
When you turn timer knob, operating light indicator lights on and oven starts
cooking. When time goes out, oven stops cooking automatically.
If you want to stop cooking at any time, turn timer knob to 0.
