SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read these assembly instructions carefully, follow
them closely, and keep them for future reference!
WARNING: Risk of serious injury from falling. Use only
the wall brackets provided. Only mount on a wall that is
suffi ciently stable and smooth. Use mounting material
that is suitable and appropriate for the wall (not included
in the delivery contents). Secure the mirror cabinet to
prevent it from unhinging (see step 9).
Installation must only be performed by persons who
possess the relevant electrotechnical knowledge and
experience!*)
Improper installation creates a risk to your own life as
well as to the lives of users of the electrical system.
Improper installation creates a risk of serious damage
to property, e. g. due to fi re. You may also fi nd yourself
exposed to personal liability in the event of personal
injury and damage to property. Consult an electrician!
*) Technical knowledge required for installation
For installation, the following specialist knowledge in par-
ticular is required:
• the "5 Safety Rules" to be applied: activation; secure
against reactivation; ensure that voltage has been cut;
grounding and short-circuiting; cover or enclose adjacent
live parts;
• Selection of suitable tools, measuring instruments and, if
necessary, personal protective equipment;
• Evaluation of measuring results;
• Selection of the electrical installation material required to
guarantee cutoff /shutdown conditions;
• IP protection classes;
• Incorporation of electrical installation material;
• Type of supply network (TN system, IT system, TT system)
and the consequent connection requirements (bootleg
ground, protective grounding, additional measures as may
be required, etc.)
During installation, compliance must be had with any
applicable domestic installation regulations.
The electrical installation must be secured with a residual
current/diff erential current circuit breaker rated at 30 mA.

• Spirit level

• Mounting material that is suitable and appropriate for the
wall (screws, wall plugs, etc.)
• Drill
• Sealing silicone
• Phillips screwdriver
• Tools and materials for the electrical connection (voltage
tester, junction box, etc.)

CLEANING
Wipe down the mirror cabinet using only a soft, damp
cloth. Do not use any cleaning agents that are abrasive or
that contain solvents. Do not allow the electrical compo-
nents to come into contact with moisture.
