4. Die Wanddose an der Wand sichern. Sicherstellen,
dass der Flansch des Befestigungrahmens mit der
Wandfläche bündig ist. (siehe F6)
5. Das Massekabel wieder an der Wanddose befe-
stigen.
ELEKTRISCHER ANSCHLUSS
Die Geräte besitzen die Schutzart IP 20. Der elektrische
Anschluss erfolgt gemäß der der FR22/30 beiliegen-
den Montage- und Betriebsvorschrift und dem darin
enthaltenen Schaltschema. (Siehe Schaltplan SS-497)
Die einschlägigen Normen, Installationsvorschriften und
Sicherheitsbestimmungen (z.B. DIN VDE 0100, VDE
0530 und VDE 0700 sowie die TAB's der EVU's und
UVV) sind unbedingt zu beachten. Der elektrische An-
schluss sowie Reparaturen dürfen nur von Elektrofach-
kräften durchgeführt werden.
ACHTUNG: Alle Arbeiten sind im spannungslosen Zu-
stand vorzunehmen! Es muß eine Vorrichtung zur allpo-
ligen Trennung vom Netz mit mindestens 3 mm Kon-
taktöffnung vorgesehen werden.
Verdrahtung der elektrischen Regleranschlüsse
1. Den Trennschalter in Übereinstimmung mit der Be-
dienungsanleitung installieren.
2. Den Regler mit dem Trennschalter und dem Lüfter,
verdrahten.(Siehe Schaltplan SS-497)
3. Die Sensorenkabel an den Anschlussklemmen für
die hohe und niedrige Temperaturstufe anschliessen.
4. Alle übrigen Lüfter parallel anschließen.
5. Den Befestigungsrahmen wieder an der Metall-
Wanddose anbringen.
6. Die Stirnplatte wieder am Befestigungsrahmen an-
bringen.
7. Die Schraubenkappen wieder anbringen.
Anschluss an der Spannungsversorgung
1. Sicherstellen, dass die Netzversorgung getrennt
ist und die Sicherungen herausgenommen wurden.
2. Das Kabel vom Trennschalter zum Anschlusspunkt
der Spannungsversorgung führen.
3. Alle Anschlüsse im Trennschalter in Übereinstim-
mung mit der Herstelleranleitung herstellen.
4. Unter Einhaltung der geltenden Vorschriften den
Anschluss am Punkt der Spannungsversorgung her-
stellen.
5. Abschließend prüfen, dass alle Erdungspunkte an-
geschlossen sind und alle Abdeckungen wieder rich-
tig am Lüfter, Regler und Trennschalter angebracht
sind.
6. Alle Sicherungen wieder einsetzen und Netzver-
sorgung einschalten.
WARTUNG DES REGLERS
Reinigung
1. Vor der Reinigung den Regler ganz von der Netz-
versorgung trennen.
2. Das Gehäuse vorsichtig mit einem feuchten Tuch
abwischen.
3. Gründlich trocknen.
4. Darauf achten, dass die Ventilationsschlitze jeder-
zeit frei sind.
Achtung !
• Den Regler nicht in Wasser oder andere Flüssig-
keiten tauchen.
• Niemals Lösungsmittel zur Reinigung des Reglers
verwenden.
• Außer der Reinigung ist keine Wartung erforder-
lich.
ZUBEHÖR, SCHALT- UND STEUERELEMENTE
Der Gebrauch von Zubehörteilen, die nicht von
Helios empfohlen oder angeboten werden, ist nicht
statthaft. Eventuell auftretende Schäden unterliegen
nicht der Gewährleistung.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Appliance with protection IP 20. Electrical connections
are to be made according to wiring diagram of FR
22/30 (Refer wiring diagram SS-497). All relevant safety
and installation regulations(for example DIN VDE 0100,
VDE 0530 and VDE 0700 as well as TAB of EVK´s) are
to be adhered. Electrical connections may only be car-
ried out by qualified personnel.
Attention! All work in disconnected state. An appliance
is required for cut off from the mains with a minimum of
3 mm contact opening of each pole.
Wire the controller electrical connections
1. Mount the isolating switch in accordance with the
manufacturers instructions.
2. Wire the controller to the isolating switch and to the
fan. (Refer wiring diagram SS-497).
3. Connect sensor cable to the terminal socket for high
and low temperature step.
4. Connect all remaining fans parallel.
5. Refit mounting frame to metal wall box.
6. Refit the fascia to the mounting frame.
7. Refit the screw covers.
Connect the power supply
1. Ensure power supply is isolated and fuses are remo-
ved.
2. Route the cable from the isolating switch to the point
of connection to the power supply.
3. Make all connections within the isolating switch in
accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
4. Following all local regulations make connection at
point of power supply.
5. Make a final check to ensure all earth points are
connected and all covers have been correctly replaced
on the fan, controller and isolating switch.
6. Replace all fuses, and switch on the power supply.
MAINTENANCE OF THE CONTROLLER
Cleaning
1. Before cleaning isolate the controller completely
from the power supply.
2. Wipe the cover carefully with a damp cloth.
3. Dry thoroughly.
4. Ensure ventilation slots are free from obstructions at
all times.
Attention!
· Never immerse the controller in water or other liquids.
· Never use solvents to clean the controller.
· Apart from cleaning, no other maintenance is requi-
red.
ACCESSORIES, SWITCHES AND CONTROL-
LING DEVICES
The use of accessories not offered or recommended
by Helios is not permitted. The use of electronic ac-
cessories not offered or recommended by Helios
could lead to damages and therefore void all guaran-
tee claims.
WARRANTY
If the preceding instructions are not observed all war-
ranty claims and accommodation treatment are exclu-
ded. The Helios warranty is limited to the material and
workmanship of the product.
CERTIFICATES
When installed correctly and used for its intended pur-
pose, the
product complies with applicable European standards
and regulations at date of manufacture.
Vérifier qu'à l'endroit prévu pour le montage du
boîtier, il n'y ait aucune tuyauterie ou câble (électri-
cité, eau, gaz) enfoui dans le mur ou d'obstructions
à l'extérieur.
Pour le montage apparent
1. Insérer des presse-étoupes appropriés dans les
trous préformés.
2. Passer les deux câbles dans les presse-étoupes.
3. Fixer le boîtier mural et la bordure en plastique au
mur en utilisant les trous d'assemblage prévus.
4. Raccorder à nouveau le fils de terre au boîtier mu-
ral.
Pour le montage encastré
1. Faire une ouverture dans le mur de dimensions
suffisantes pour loger le boîtier mural.
2. Insérer des presse-étoupes appropriés dans les
trous préformés.
3. Passer les deux câbles dans les presse-étoupes.
4. Fixer le boîtier au mur. Vérifier que la bride du cadre
de montage affleure la surface du mur (voir schéma
F3).
5. Raccorder à nouveau le fils de terre au boîtier mu-
ral.
BRANCHEMENT ELECTRIQUE
Ces appareils ont une protection IP 20. Le raccorde-
ment électrique doit être fait selon la notice de montage
et d'utilisation livrée avec le FR22/30 et le schéma de
branchement joint (voir F1-F3).
Les consignes de sécurité et les règles d'installation en
vigueur doivent être respectées (par ex. DIN VDE 0100,
VDE 0530 et VDE 0700 ainsi que les TAB's des EVU
et UVV). Le branchement électrique et les réparations
doivent être effectués par un électricien qualifié.
ATTENTION: Tous les travaux doivent être effectués
hors tension! Prévoir un disjoncteur omnipolaire avec
ouverture des contacts d'au moins 3 mm.
Câblage des connexions électriques du commu-
tateur inverseur
1. Installer le disjoncteur selon les instructions du
constructeur .
2. Câbler le commutateur inverseur au disjoncteur et
au ventilateur selon le schéma de branchement F1.
3. Raccorder tous les autres ventilateurs en parallèle.
4. Replacer le cadre de montage dans
le boîtier mural métallique.
5. Remettre la façade sur le cadre de montage.
6. Replacer les cache-vis.
Raccordement au secteur
1. Vérifier que l'alimentation au secteur est coupée et
que les fusibles ont été retirés.
2. Raccorder le disjoncteur à l'alimentation secteur.
3. Effectuer les raccordements dans le disjoncteur
selon les instructions du fabricant.
4. Raccorder à l'alimentation principale en respec-
tant les règlements locaux.
5. Vérifier que tous les points de mise à la terre sont
connectés et que tous les couvercles sont correcte-
ment replacés sur le ventilateur, le commutateur et le
disjoncteur.
6. Replacer tous les fusibles et remettre sous tension.
ENTRETIEN DU RÉGULATEUR
Nettoyage
1. Avant de nettoyer, isolez complètement le con-
trôleur de l'aimentation électrique.
2. Essuyez le couvercle soigneusement avec un chif-
fon humide.
3. Séchez complètement.
4. Assurez-vous toujours que les fentes de ventilation
ne sont pas bouchées.
