Operation and Maintenance
There is one recipe for maintaining clean, clear water with
minimum time and effort. This recipe provides the easiest and
most economical way to care for your spa.

Ingredients:
• Nature
• Non-chlorine oxidizer (MPS
• Spa test strips (MPS, pH, and total alkalinity)
• pH, hardness and total alkalinity adjusting chemicals
• Sodium dichlor, Health Canada approved source
When:
Every day
Before each use Add MPS at the rate of 1 tblsp per 1000
After each use
Once per week Adjust the pH, total alkalinity, and hardness
Every 4 months Drain and refill your spa. Replace Nature
As needed
Note: As an alternative to MPS, a Health Canada approved
source of sodium dichlor may be substituted; 1 tablespoon
sodium dichlor = approximately 3 tablespoons MPS.
Important: Perform start-up procedures for spas which
have been unused or unattended.

MPS may cause a lowering of the pH and total alkalinity of your
spa water. Please monitor pH and total alkalinity at least once
per week and adjust accordingly.

Run spa according to recommendations
