5.2 DEFROST PARAMETER SETTING
To change the automatic defrost settings you need to adjust the following parameters of the thermoregulator:
Defrost interval (hours)
Defrosting cycle time (minutes)
Procedure:
1. Press simultaneously the keys
2. Press the key
until the display shows

3. Press the key

4. After about 15 seconds the thermoregulator will automatically exit the set function and display the temperature again.
The refrigerated unit for chocolate always works with ventilated refrigeration and the controller does not have the keys
and which are not needed.
The inside humidity is always less than 45% thanks to the conformation of the aluminum panels covering the serpentine.
The moisture level cannot be set and is only viewable with a special controller OPT-TVU (optional).

The unit P * -VBR10 can be used for storing wine or for keeping at serving temperature only red wines. You can not set
temperatures lower than the indicated one.
INSIDE VENTILATION
The internal fans of P * -VBR10 units are connected directly to the general switch, they do not need to be operated by the user
and during their operation no warning light is shown on the display.
TURNING THE LIGHTS ON
The lights of the upper unit "B" light up together with the lower unit "A" by pressing the Key on controller of the "A" unit. If you
want to keep off the top unit "B" while the "A" unit is on you must act manually on the switch (I-O) of the upper unit "B", placed
next to the controller.
