CHOPPER
The chopper will be very useful for grinding or chopping meat, cheese,
fruits, garlic, tomatoes, onions, nuts, etc. To use the appliance as a
chopper, you should follow these steps:
1. With great care, attach the blades onto the shaft located
inside the container, then pour the ingredients into it. Refer to
the attached chart to determine the recommended maximum
quantity as well as the necessary time for proper processing.
2. Attach the top support of the chopper 9 to the container
11, so that the three pivots located on the side of it match
the guides on the container's wall. Then turn the top support
of the chopper 9 clockwise until you hear a "click"; this will
indicate that it is properly attached.
3. Attach the motor unit 4 to the top support of the chopper 9
as described in the accessories placement section.
4. Plug the appliance into a power outlet and press button
2 or 3 to start the motor at the desired speed. During the
process, it is advisable to hold the container 11; it is also
recommended to use the appliance intermittently, that is, at
intervals. This will result in better chopping or grinding of the
food and less strain on the motor.
5. Stop the motor and unplug the appliance from the power
outlet, then remove the motor unit 4 from the top support 9
and remove it from the chopper container 11.
6. With great caution, remove the blades 10 and empty the
container.
Notes: • Exercise extreme caution when handling the blades; hold
them by the plastic shaft. • Whenever possible, avoid chopping or
grinding very hot foods. • Do not attempt to chop ice or very hard
ingredients such as whole coffee beans.
HAND MIXER
The hand mixer is ideal for whipping cream, beating eggs, whisking egg
whites, mixing sauces, or cake batters. To use the appliance as a hand
mixer, attach the beaters 7 to their holder 6, then attach this accessory
to the motor unit as described in the section on attaching accessories,
and follow these steps:
1. Pour the ingredients into a suitable container.
2. Insert the hand mixer into the container.
3. Plug the appliance into a power outlet and press button
2 or 3 to start the motor at the desired speed. To prevent
splashing during the process, the hand mixer should remain
vertical.
4. Before removing the hand mixer from the container, stop
the motor and unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
Notes: • While the appliance is connected to the power supply,

DO NOT bring your fingers near the beaters, even when the motor
is stopped. • To prevent splashing, do not operate the hand mixer
outside of the working container.

the machine for more than 6 minutes and then let it cool for an
additional 15 minutes.
