Right-Side Panel Components
The following is a brief description of your LifeBook notebook's right-side components.
Wireless LAN/Bluetooth On/Off Switch
The wireless LAN/Bluetooth on/off switch is used to turn on and off the wireless devices. Switching the
device off when not in use will help to extend battery life. See "Activating the WLAN Device" on
page 137.
Headphone/Line-Out Jack
The headphone/line-out jack allows you to connect headphones or external speakers. See
"Headphone/Line-Out Jack" on page 72.
USB 2.0 Port
The USB 2.0 port allows you to connect Universal Serial Bus devices. USB 2.0 transfers data at up to 480
Mbps and is backward-compatible with USB 1.1 devices, which transfer data at up to 12 Mbps. See
"Universal Serial Bus Ports" on page 71.
