The worm (8) cannot go deep into the cork. Possible causes: damaged worm tip; the worm hit the side of the
bottle neck. Solution: press the cork removal/ejection button twice until the worm comes completely out of the
cork. Thoroughly inspect the tip of the worm: if it is damaged, stop using the wine opener and contact an
authorized service center. If the worm is in good order, continue to uncork the bottle making sure to hold the
wine opener vertically, without tilting it.
The indicator lights of the device do not blink or glow. Possible causes: discharged battery; defective device
or faulty indicator lights. Solution: charge the device; if necessary, check if the cable is working properly; contact
an authorized service center.
