Start-up
WARNING! Before operation, it is necessary to fill the pump
and suction hose or water pipe with water. Through the
pressure line connection. Do not operate the unit without
water in it!
1. Plug into a shock-proof receptacle(120V/60Hz)
2. Before starting the pump, fill it completely with clean water
through the pumping-in socket (3).
3. Connect the 1" pressure hose to the pressure outlet using the
nipple on the upper part of the pump.
4. Open all shut-off valves in the pressure line.
5. Empty any residual water in the pressure hose so that the air
can escape when priming the pump.
6. Set the on/off switch to 0 position.
7. Plug the power plug into the receptacle.
8. Set the on/off switch to 1 position.
9. Switch pump on complete intake can take 4-6 minutes,
depending on the suction height.
10. Hold the pressure hose vertically approximately 1 metre above
the pump until the pump is primed.
11. If the pump with boosting system, the automatic pressure valve
on the water tank switches off automatically when pressure of 3 bar
is reached. if the pressure drops to approximately 1.5 bar due to
water consumption, the pump switches on automatically and
restores maximum pressure.
Switching On/Off
Switching On
1. Connect suction and delivery hose properly.
2. Fill the pump body with water through the water filler screw.

(EP25184, EP25183)
3. Open the discharge line.
4. Connect the mains cable and set the on/off switch to the"ON"
position.
5. The intake process starts automatically.
ATTENTION! When the garden pump is operating, discharge line
should be open in order to eliminate air from hose. If discharge line
is closed, the pump may be seriously damaged by overheating
after only 5 minutes of operation.
Switching Off
Set the on/off switch to the "OFF" position
ATTENTION! The pump should be primed again whenever it has
not been used for a long period or when air has made its way into
the system.
Operating Instructions
The maximum pumping-out height must not exceed 8 meters.
•
Grease and abrasive particles in water can lower the production
•
of the pump, also can make it inoperable.
The end of suction hose must always be immersed into the liquid,
•
so as to not allow air to be sucked in the hose. If the hose's weight
is not sufficient and the hose is floating, then it is necessary to
increase its weight artificially or lock it in.
Operation order
1. Attach hoses as described.
2. Submerge the suction hose into the basin of the water to be
pumped.
