2 Intended use
This portable fan is designed for indoor and outdoor areas. It comes with a remote control, a
removable LED torch and a rotating hook.
Contact with moisture must be avoided under all circumstances.
Using the product for purposes other than those described above may damage the product.
Improper product use can cause a short circuit, fire, other hazards.
This product complies with statutory national and European regulations. For safety and
approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify the product.
Read the operating instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. Always provide these
operating instructions when giving the product to a third party.

5 Safety instructions
Read the operating instructions carefully and especially observe the safety
information. If you do not follow the safety instructions and information on
proper handling, we assume no liability for any resulting personal injury or
damage to property. Such cases will invalidate the warranty/guarantee.
5.1 General
This product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. It may become a dangerous
plaything for children.
Should you have any questions or concerns after reading this document, please contact
our technical support or a professional technician.
Maintenance, modifications and repairs must only be carried out by a technician or
a specialist repair centre.
5.2 Handling
Please handle the product carefully. Impact, shocks or a fall even from a low height can
damage the product.
Always place the fan on a solid, level surface or use the suspension hook.
Make sure that the cables are not pinched, kinked or damaged by sharp edges.
5.3 Operating environment
Do not expose the product to any mechanical stress.
Protect the product from extreme temperatures, strong jolts, flammable gases, vapours
and solvents.
Protect the product from high humidity and moisture.
Protect the product from direct sunlight.
5.4 Operation
Make sure that no objects can be blown over or damaged by the flow of air.
Never insert body parts or objects through the grating. Risk of injury!
Do not cover the fan when it is switched on.
If you do not plan to use the fan for an extended period, store it in a dry, clean place out of
the reach of children.

Operating instructions
If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, stop using it and prevent
unauthorised use. DO NOT attempt to repair the product yourself. Safe operation can no
longer be guaranteed if the product:
– is visibly damaged,
– is no longer working properly,
– has been stored in poor ambient conditions for extended periods or
– has been subjected to any serious transport-related stress.
5.5 Li-ion rechargeable battery
The rechargeable battery is permanently built into the product and cannot be replaced.
Never damage the battery. Damaging the casing of the rechargeable battery might cause
an explosion or a fire!
Never short-circuit the contacts/connections of the rechargeable battery. Do not throw the
battery or the product into open flames. Risk of fire and explosion!
Charge the rechargeable battery regularly, even if you are not using the product. The
rechargeable battery is designed so that it does not need to be discharged before it can
be charged.
Never leave the product unattended during charging.
When charging, place the product on a surface that is not heat-sensitive. It is normal for
a certain amount of heat to be generated during charging.
5.6 (Rechargeable) batteries
Correct polarity must be observed while inserting the (rechargeable) batteries.
The (rechargeable) batteries should be removed from the device if it is not used for a
long period of time to avoid damage through leaking. Leaking or damaged (rechargeable)
batteries might cause acid burns when in contact with skin, therefore use suitable protective
gloves to handle corrupted (rechargeable) batteries.
(Rechargeable) batteries must be kept out of reach of children. Do not leave (rechargeable)
batteries lying around, as there is risk, that children or pets swallow them.
(Rechargeable) batteries must not be dismantled, short-circuited or thrown into fire. Never
recharge non rechargeable batteries. There is a risk of explosion!
5.7 Connected devices
Also observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices which are
connected to the product.
5.8 LED light
Caution, LED light:
Do not look directly into the LED light!
Do not look into the beam directly or with optical instruments!
