Solution
Check fryer is plugged in
Check the fuse/circuit breaker
for your installation and replace
the fuse if necessary. If this does
not solve the problem refer to the "service"
Section.
Wait for the fryer to cool and press the "RESTART"
button on the back of the head.
Check oil level
Drain and dry food thoroughly
Replace with fresh oil
Use a good quality oil suitable for deep frying
