DISIMBALLO
Dopo aver tolto l'imballaggio assicurarsi dell'integrità dell'apparecchio controllando che non vi
siano parti visibilmente danneggiate, in caso di dubbio non utilizzare l'apparecchio e rivolgersi
subito al proprio rivenditore. Gli elementi che compongono l'imballaggio (sacchetti in plastica,
polistirolo espanso, ecc.) devono essere smaltiti negli appositi luoghi di raccolta e non devono
essere lasciati alla portata dei bambini, poiché potenziali fonti di pericolo.
DESTINAZIONE ED USO
Questo FILTRO è stato realizzato per essere utilizzato quale LUBRIFICATORE MODULARE
ogni altro uso è da ritenersi improprio. La ditta declina ogni responsabilità per danni o incidenti
derivanti dall'uso improprio del filtro o dalla mancata osservanza delle prescrizioni relative alla
sicurezza. Ogni e qualsiasi manomissione o modifica dell'apparecchiatura non preventivamente
autorizzata solleva il costruttore da danni derivanti o riferibili agli atti suddetti.
AVVERTENZE GENERALI DI SICUREZZA
RISCHI PER USO IMPRORIO
NON superare MAI le pressioni massime d'esercizio consigliate
Prima di effettuare le operazioni di smontaggio, di pulizia o di riassemblaggio del
filtro scaricare SEMPRE le pressioni dell'aria
RISCHI PER LA SALUTE
E' quindi OBBLIGATORIO durante l'uso seguire alcune indicazioni:
Leggere ATTENTAMENTE le schede tecniche dei prodotti che si impiegano
prima dell'utilizzo
Durante l'utilizzo e lo scarico della condensa utilizzare SEMPRE indumenti
adeguati per la protezione del corpo
Indossare SEMPRE guanti, occhiali e maschere per prevenire i rischi causati dai
vapori tossici o dal contatto dei prodotti di scarico dei gruppi con la pelle e/o gli
occhi
RISCHI DI INCENDIO E ESPOLSIONE
Ogni volta che si deve effettuare un rabbocco dell'olio lubrificate deve essere scaricata
la pressione all'interno del filtro. È obbligatorio chiudere la condotta di alimentazione
del filtro e scaricare la pressione all'interno dello stesso. Prima di riattivare il filtro
controllare che il foro di rabbocco sia chiuso correttamente
ALTRI RISCHI
E' VIETATO utilizzare il filtro per prodotti alimentari o medicinali o gas
E' VIETATO manipolare il filtro se posizionato nelle aree di lavoro di macchinari come
convogliatori, robot, ecc. durante il funzionamento degli stessi
INSTALLAZIONE
Per un utilizzo sicuro ed una corretta manutenzione il filtro deve essere utilizzata solo da un
operatore con un'adeguata preparazione. Dopo aver tolto l'imballaggio assicurarsi dell'integrità
dell'apparecchio controllando che non vi siano parti visibilmente danneggiate.
1. Il filtro deve essere installato verticalmente.
2. Collegare la condotta d'aria controllando la direzione del flusso sia concorde alle frecce
stampate sul corpo
3. Prima di aprire il flusso d'aria riempire il bicchiere fino al livello indicato sullo stesso con
lubrificate di buona qualità attraverso il tappo superiore 5.
4. Prima di aprire il flusso d'aria della condotta controllare che il bicchiere sia perfettamente
agganciato e che i raccordi di ingresso e di uscita del filtro siano correttamente collegati
REGOLAZIONE
La regolazione della quantità di lubrificante da immettere nell'aria viene effettuata attraverso la vite
di regolazione posta sopra la spia olio n°3
Ruotando la vite in senso orario si diminuisce fino a chiudere il flusso del lubrificante mentre in
senso antiorario si aumenta fino ad un flusso continuo.
N.B. Questa operazione deve essere effettuata durante il funzionamento del filtro.
PULIZIA DELLO STRUMENTO
ATTENZIONE
Prima di effettuare la pulizia del filtro bisogna chiudere la condotta di alimentazione
dell'aria e scaricare completamente l'aria contenuta nel filtro, attraverso l'uscita dello
stesso.
1. Svitare la spia olio n° 3 (facendo attenzione a non danneggiarla) e svitare la vite n°6
2. Ruotare in senso orario il bicchiere n° 9, come indicato sullo stesso, per sbloccarlo
3. Tirare il bicchiere n°9 sfilandolo dal corpo 1
4. Sfilare l'elemento n° 6
5. La pulizia dei particolari (N° 6- 3 - 9 ) deve essere fatta con immersione in detergente non
aggressivo e poi con soffiatura degli stessi
6. Per rimontare il tutto infilare la valvola 6 nella sua sede sul corpo 1 e controllare che la piccola
menbrana sia verso il lato ingresso aria
7. Il bloccaggio della valvola 6 viene effettuato con l'avvitamento della vite 6 inserita dalla parte
superiore del corpo
8. Controllare che le guarnizioni della spia siano integre e correttamente inserite nella loro sede
9. Avvitare la spia controllando che non abbia subito danneggiamenti
10. Inserire il bicchiere 9 sul corpo 1 fino in fondo e ruotare in senso antiorario per effettuare il
bloccaggio dello stesso

Per lo smantellamento del filtro è necessario che esso sia pulito da qualsiasi residuo di oli
o prodotti chimici inquinanti. I materiali di fabbricazione sono completamente riciclabili e
devono essere divisi a seconda del tipo e smaltiti negli appositi centri di raccolta.

CAREFULLY
INSTALLATION, USE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE FILTER
After removing the packaging material make sure the product is in perfect condition and that
there are no visibly damaged parts. If in doubt, do not use the spray gun and contact the dealer
from whom it was purchased. The packaging materials (plastic bags, expanded polystyrene,
etc) must be disposed of in appropriate refuse-collection containers. The above mentioned
materials must not be left within the reach of children as they are potential sources of danger.
This FILTER was produced for use as a MODULAR AIR LUBRICATOR. Any other use
is considered improper. The Manufacturer declines any responsibility for damages or
accidents due to the improper use of the filter or failure to observe the prescribed safety
requirements..Any and all tampering or modification with the equipment that has not been
previously authorised releases the Manufacturer from all damage derived or ascribable to the
same.
IT IS FORBIDDEN to use the filter for food or medical products or gas
IT IS FORBIDDEN to manipulate the filter if positioned in the working area of machines
such as conveyors, robots, etc., during operation of said machinery.
To ensure safe use and correct maintenance, the filter must be used only by an operator with
appropriate training. After removing the packaging, ensure that the machine is in good
condition, by checking to make sure there is no visible damage.
1. The filter must be installed vertically.
2. Connect the air conduits, checking the direction of the flow to make sure it is in agreement
with the arrows printed on the body of the machine.
3. Before opening the air flow, fill up the cup to the level indicated with a good quality
lubricant, through the upper feed hole 5.
4. Before opening the airflow of the conduit check to make sure that the cup is perfectly
connected and that the intake and output connections of the filter are correctly connected.
Adjustment of the quantity of lubricant to put in the air is performed with the regulation screw
located above the oil inspection hole n° 3.
By rotating the screw clockwise, the flow of lubricant is decreased until it is closed, while
rotating it counter clockwise increases the flow until it is continuous-
NOTE: This operation must be performed while the filter is running.
Before cleaning the filter, it is necessary to close the air intake conduit and bleed off the air contained
in the filter, through the relative output.
1. Unscrew the oil inspection hole, n° 3 (be careful not to damage it) and loosen screw n° 6
2. Rotate the cup, n° 9, counter clockwise, as indicated on the cup itself, in order to unblock it.
3. Pull out the cup, n° 9, removing it from the body, 1.
4. Remove element n° 6
5. Cleaning of pieces (n° 6 – 3 – 9) must be performed by immerging the pieces in a non-
aggressive detergent solution and then blowing them dry.
6. In order to reassemble the entire group, insert valve n° 6 in its seat on the body, 1, and check
to make sure that the small membrane is oriented towards the side of the air intake.
7. Block valve 6 by tightening screw 6 in the upper part of the body.
8. Check to make sure that the inspection hole gaskets are in good condition and are inserted
in their lodgings.
9. Tighten the inspection hole, checking to make sure that it has not been damaged.
10. Insert the cup 9 onto the body 1 until it reaches the bottom and rotate it counter clockwise
to block it in its seat.

In order to decommission and dismantle the filter, it is necessary for it to be clean from any oil residue
or polluting chemical products. The the filter construction materials are completely recyclable but must
be divided according to type and eliminated using the respective collection centres.

RISKS IN INAPPROPRIATE USE
NEVER exceed the maximum working pressures recommended.
Before performing operations to disassemble, clean or reassemble the filter ALWAYS
bleed off compressed air.
RISKS TO HEALTH
Many paint products contain organic solvents or chemical products that are harmful to
health and can cause intoxication due to the toxic fumes released during spraying.
It is therefore OBLIGATORY to take the following precautions:
CAREFULLY read the technical cards of the products to be used before use.
During use and drainage of condensation, ALWAYS wear appropriate protective
clothing to protect the body.
ALWAYS wear gloves, goggles and masks to prevent risks caused by toxic vapours or
by waste products of the groups coming into contact with the skin and/or the eyes.
RISKS OF FIRE AND EXPLOSION
Whenever it is necessary to top off the lubricating oil, the pressure inside the filter must be
bled off. It is obligatory to close the filter intake conduit and bleed off the internal pressure.
Before reactivating the filter, check to make sure the feed hold to top off the oil is correctly
closed.

Check to make sure that the intake flow arrows on the body (1) are in agreement with the direction of flow of the air conduit.
Dismantle and clean as indicated above.
Check the screw and loosen the adjustment.
Check the screw and tighten the adjustment.

DEBALLAGE
Après avoir enlevé l'emballage, s'assurer de l'intégrité de l'appareil en contrôlant qu'il n'y a pas de parties
visiblement endommagées. En cas de doute, ne pas utiliser l'appareil et s'adresser au propre détaillant. Les
éléments d'emballage (sacs plastique, polystyrène expansé, etc.) doivent être placés dans les lieux
appropriés de récolte. Ces matériaux ne doivent pas être laissés à la portée des enfants, car ils représentent
une source potentielle de dangers.
DESTINATION ET UTILISATION
Cet FILTRE a été réalisé pour être utilisé comme LUBRIFICATEUR D'AIR MODULAIRE . Toute autre
utilisation doit être considérée comme impropre. La société décline toute responsabilité en ce qui concerne les
dommages ou accidents découlant de l'utilisation impropre du pistolet manuel ou du non-respect des consignes
de sécurité. Toute manipulation ou modification de l'appareil non préalablement autorisée décharge le fabricant
de toute responsabilité concernant les dommages dus de façon directe ou indirecte aux actes susmentionnés.

Veuillez lire ATTENTIVEMENT les fiches techniques des produits utilisés avant
l'utilisation
Durant l'utilisation et la purge du condensat utiliser TOUJOURS des vêtements
appropriés pour la protection du corps
Porter TOUJOURS des gants, des lunettes et un masque pour prévenir les risques
causés par les vapeurs toxiques ou par le contact des produits de vidange des groupes
avec la peau et/ou les yeux
RISQUES D'INCENDIE ET D'EXPLOSION
À chaque fois que l'on doit ajouter de l'huile lubrifiante, il faut décharger la pression à
l'intérieur du filtre. Il est obligatoire de fermer le tuyau d'alimentation du filtre et de
décharger la pression à l'intérieur de celui-ci. Avant de réactiver le filtre, contrôler que le
trou de remplissage est correctement fermé
AUTRES RISQUES
IL EST INTERDIT d'utiliser le filtre pour produits alimentaires ou pharmaceutiques ou gaz
IL EST INTERDIT d'utiliser le filtre aux abords de machines telles que convoyeurs, robots, etc.

INSTALLATION
Pour une utilisation sûre et une maintenance correcte, le filtre ne doit être utilisé que par un opérateur
possédant une préparation adéquate. Après avoir retiré l'emballage vérifier l'intégrité de l'appareil en
contrôlant qu'aucune partie ne présente des dommages visibles.
1. Le filtre doit être installé verticalement.
2. Raccorder le conduit d'air en contrôlant que la direction du flux correspond aux flèches imprimées sur le
corps
3. Avant d'ouvrir le flux d'air, remplir le récipient jusqu'au niveau indiqué sur celui-ci avec un lubrifiant
de bonne qualité à travers le bouchon supérieur 5.
4. Avant d'ouvrir le flux d'air provenant du conduit, contrôler que le récipient est parfaitement accroché et
que les raccords d'entrée et de sortie du filtre sont correctement connectés
Le réglage de la quantité de lubrifiant à ajouter à l'air s'effectue à l'aide de la vis de réglage située au-
dessus du regard d'huile n°3
En tournant la vis dans le sens horaire, on diminue le flux du lubrifiant jusqu'à l'interrompre totalement
tandis que dans le sens inverse, on l'augmente jusqu'à l'obtention d'un flux continu.
N.B. Cette opération doit être effectuée durant le fonctionnement du filtre.
NETTOYAGE DE L'INSTRUMENT
ATTENTION
Avant de procéder au nettoyage du filtre il faut fermer le conduit d'alimentation de l'air et purger
complètement l'air contenu dans le filtre, à travers la sortie de celui-ci.
1. Dévisser le regard d'huile n° 3 (en faisant attention à ne pas l'abîmer) et dévisser la vis n°6
2. Tourner dans le sens horaire le récipient n° 9, comme indiqué sur celui-ci, pour le débloquer
3. Tirer le récipient n°9 en le retirant du corps 1
4. Extraire l'élément n° 6
5. Le nettoyage des pièces (N° 6 – 3 –9) doit être fait en les plongeant dans un détergent non agressif puis
avec un jet d'air
6. Pour remonter le tout, enfiler la soupape 6 dans son logement sur le corps 1 et contrôler que la petite
membrane se trouve vers le côté entrée air
7. Le blocage de la soupape 6 s'effectue en vissant la vis 6 introduite par la partie supérieure du corps
8. Contrôler que les joints du regard sont intacts et correctement positionnés dans leur logement
9. Visser le regard en contrôlant qu'il n'a pas subi de dommages
10. Introduire le récipient 9 sur le corps 1 jusqu'au fond et tourner dans le sens inverse horaire pour le
bloquer
MISE HORS SERVICE DU FILTRE
Avant de démanteler le filtre, il faut en éliminer tous les résidus d'huiles ou de produits
chimiques polluants. Les matériaux de fabrication sont entièrement recyclables et doivent
être divisés par typologie et traités dans les centres de collecte prévus à cet effet.
