L'installation doit être conforme aux codes locaux ou, en

(ANSI Z223.1 ) ou le code d'installation du gaz naturel
CAN/CGA B149.1 ou le code d'installation du propane
CAN/CGA B149.2.
Cet appareil est un équipement de comptoir avec une
plaque à frire de 1/2" d'épaisseur ayant une surface
d'alliage de chrome fini miroir. Il est muni d'un pare
éclaboussures de 3'' de hauteur, une grande gouttière à
graisse et un tiroir amovible. Les brûleurs sont conçus
pour donner une cuisson uniforme sur toute la plaque.

INSTALLATION
Cet appareil a été inspecté et vérifié avant d'être expédié.
Sur réception vérifier immédiatement s'il y a dommage et
en présence du livreur, déballer et vérifier s'il n'y aurait pas
de dommages cachés.

location instructions to be followed in the event the user
smells gas.
This information shall be obtained by
consulting the local gas supplier.
Installation must conform with local codes, or in the
absence of local codes,with the national fuel gas code,
(ANSI Z223.1) or the natural gas installation code,
CAN/CGA B149.1 or the propane installation code
CAN/CGA B149-2, as applicable.
This equipment is designed for counter operation. It has
a 1/2" thick chrome griddle plate with a 3" splashguard, a
large grease trough and a removable drawer. The
burners are designed to give even frying temperatures
over the entire griddle. Two (2) thermostats for the L-
24MMF, three (3) thermostats for the L-36MMF, control

This appliance has been inspected and tested before
leaving
our
factory.

carrier should be made immediately.
Our guarantee is limited to the replacement of parts
found to be defective during normal use of the appliance
for the purpose intended. No claims will be accepted for
damage, or consequential damage, resulting from faulty
installation, improper operation or unauthorized service
work.
