The FILTER icon lighting up indicates that it is time to replace the filter. Replace the
filter according to the following instruction then press the RESET button and hold
for 30 seconds to restart the system, the warning light will turn off.
Reset button position: on the right side, open the cover and you can see the red
button.
1.
Open the front cover.
2.
Remove the combination filter by pulling the two strips on both sides.
3.
Insert the new combination filter into the unit.
4.
Reattach the front cover of the unit and securely latch into place.
5.
Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds to reset the filter.
Pre-filter maintenance
•
The pre-filter can be washed with water directly, and make sure it is dry when
placed back to the appliance.
•
Do not use sharp object to clean the pre-filter, as it may cause damage.
•
Pre-filter should be replaced with similar filters.
HEPA and Activated Carbon filter maintenance
•
Every month, take off the HEPA and Activated Carbon filter and use vacuum
cleaner or soft brush to clean the dust on the filter. It will help extend the life of
the filter and keep the HEPA filter performance.
•
Both HEPA and Activated Carbon filter are not washable.
•
HEPA and Activated Carbon filter can be used for about 6 months, but the
actual life will depend on the air quality condition and daily maintenance.
