5.6.2 FITTING OF MAIN PTO SHAFT (TRACTOR
SIDE)
DANGER
Installing and uninstalling the PTO shaft must always
be done when the tractor is off.
CAUTION
When hitched to the tractor, the machine can only
be operated with the driveline complete with shields
driveline.
Prevent the shields from turning by means of the rela-
tive chains and always read the operation and mainte-
nance manual supplied with the driveline
Only used a PTO shaft marked «CE», equipped with
guards and locking chains.

5.6.3 CIRCULATE ON THE PUBLIC ROADS

CAUTION
When required by road regulations, on-road transport
-
lights, slow vehicle and protruding load signals. Put
these signals on the rear side of machine in a well
visible manner. When transporting at night or with poor
visibility install warning and side marker lights.
It is absolutely forbidden to transport persons or ani-
mals on the machine.
When driving round bends with and without the machi-
ne, take care of the centrifugal force exercised when
the center of gravity is in a different position.
Set the control lever of the tractor's hydraulic lifting
control in the locked position when driving on the roads
with the machine raised.
When transporting the machine disengage PTO and
disconnect the PTO shaft from the tractor.
