Step 3: Side Burner Valve Assembly
3a) Slightly loosen the screws without
removing the screws on the valve.
3b) Insert the valve stem into the side
burner tube and then insert the valve into
the large hole on the bezel. See Fig. 9.
3c) Slide the screws down to the smaller
hole and tighten the screws to secure.
See Fig. 10.
Step 4: Connecting Ignition
Wires ,bottle opener and LED light
battery assembly
a) Insert the side burner ignition wire to the ignite
module located on the right side panel inside the
cart. See Fig. 11.
b) Attached the bottle opener to the side shelf and
then tighten the screw. See Fig.11.
c) Place 4 battery into the battery box that pre-
assembly in the cart left side panel, batteries are
packed in the manual bag. See Fig. 11.
d) After installing batteries, you could turn the
control panel light on by press the light switch to
"ON". See Fig. 11.
