drinks and dairies (climatic class 3H-3M2-3M1). Its aim is keeping food temperature, not
lowering it. Hence when introduced, THE FOODSTUFFS MUST BE AT THEIR CONSERVA-
TION TEMPERATURE.
For correct operation we recommend:
• loading the products as explained in the former chapter;
• verify that the doors are not open
9. CONTROLS
Low on the right (see fig. 11 on page 14), cabinets are fitted with a switch for the control of pro-
duct lighting and with a thermometer for the visualization of the temperature. In the same posi-
tion a rempte thermostat for temperature control. The remote thermostat displays the temperatu-
re existing inside the case and allows temperature control by the use of the appropriate keys.
WARNING: Adjustment is reserved for the technical personnel.
10. PRESCRIPTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Keeping pharmaceutical products in the display case is strictly forbidden (fig.10).
Do not remove protections or panels when it requires the use of tools. IN PARTICULAR, DO NOT
REMOVE THE ELECTRIC CONTROL BOARD COVER AND THE SCREWS FASTENING SHELF LIGH-
TING PLUGS.
DO NO STORE EXPLOSIVE SUBSTANCES, SUCH AS SPRAY CANS CONTAINING FLAMMABLE
PROPELLANTS, INSIDE THIS EQUIPMENT.
Do not expose the display case to atmospheric agents (fig. 15). DO NOT STEP on the cabinet
bumper rail. DO NOT STEP on the top of the cabinet and DO NOT LAY WEIGHTS on it.
Do not spill water directly or indirectly on the display case (fig. 14). Do not touch the equipment
with damp or wet hands or feet; do not use it while barefoot (fig. 16).
ANY OTHER USE NOT EXPRESSLY MENTIONED IN THIS BOOKLET MUST BE CONSIDE-
RED AS HAZARDOUS. THE MANUFACTURER ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY
DAMAGE RESULTING FROM IMPROPER, INCORRECT OR UNREASONABLE USE.
The installation of the appliance and the refrigerant condensing unit must only be made
by the manfacturer's service personel or similarly skilled person.
The information provided with an appliance with a separate refrigerant condensing unit
shall include:
- information on the type of separate refrigerant condensing unit to wich the cabinet shall
be connected;
- an electrical diagrams showing the electrical terminals for connections.
THE INSTRUCTIONS CONCERNING PERSONS (INCLUDING CHILDREN) WITH REDUCED
PHYSICAL, SENSORY OR MENTAL CAPABILITIES, OR LACK OF EXPERIENCE AND KNOW-
LEDGE AND CHILDREN PLAYING WITH THE APPLIANCE ARE NOT REQUIRED.
HEAT TRANSFER LIQUIDS:
Only monoethyl glycol and monopropyl glycol liquids with concentrations above 30% are
authorized.
The systems in which these liquids are used must comply with current health regulations
and, in particular, be equipped with a system for the prevention of discharge into drinking
water.
