Le carénage peut maintenant être enlevé. Déclipser le coin inférieur du carénage latéral depuis
l'avant du ventre puis continuer tout le long, en déclipsant les onglets de carénage des onglets
situés sur le ventre, voir photo 7.
Sur le coin supérieur arrière du carénage, à l'endroit oû il touche le cadre, il y a une fourchette
qui se place dans les supports en caoutchouc qui doit être levé pour être libéré, photo 8.
Une fois cela effectué, le carénage devrait pouvoir glisser vers l'avant et être enlevé de la moto.
La photo 9 montre les points de fixation finaux sur le haut des tunnels d'admission dont le
carénage doit être libéré et le cache plastique de radiateur suivra le carénage.
Couper le bandeau de mousse fourni en pièces de 10mm puis collez-les au bas du cadre de
protection radiateur, de façon à ce qu'elles se placent entre la protection radiateur et le
radiateur.
Coller un bandeau de mousser à l'avant du radiateur dans le coin supérieur droit lorsqu'on le
regarde de face. Cet endroit de la grille de la protection radiateur se place entre le radiateur et la
ligne d'ABS et les supports, voir photo 12.
Enlever le boulon qui fixe le bas du radiateur en place, voir photo 10.
Monter la grille de protection R&G en place et glissez la vers le haut de façon à ce que le coin
supérieur se place entre le radiateur et les lignes ABS, voir photos 11 & 12. Il y a un trou
additionnel sur le coin supérieur qui peut aussi être utilisé pour fixer la grille de protection
radiateur en place en utilisant un des colliers de serrage fourni puis encerclez le dans la matrice
de radiateur. Cela est conseillé si l'installation s'effectue sur une moto de piste ou les lignes ABS et
les supports ont êté enlevés, voir photo 13.
Prendre le collier de serrage restant et encerclez le dans le trou sur le coin supérieur restant de la
grille de protection radiateur puis autour du support supérieur de radiateur, avant de serrer, voir
photos 14 & 15.
Réinsérer le boulon d'origine dans le support inférieur de la grille de protection radiateur puis
serrer dans le patron fileté du radiateur, voir photo 16.
Veiller à ce que la grille de protection radiateur soit correctement montée avant de serrer les
2colliers de serrage et le boulon inférieur.
Remonter le carénage du coté droit, en procédant à l'inverse de la façon dont il a été enlevé.

responsible for ensuring that the warranty on the motorcycle is not affected by the fitting of the Products. On return of any defective Products R&G shall
at its option either supply a replacement or refund the purchase money but shall not be liable if the Products have been modified or used or maintained
otherwise than in accordance with R&G's or manufacturer's instructions and good engineering practice or if the defect arises from accident or neglect.
Other than identified above and subject to R&G not limiting its liability for causing death and personal injury, it shall not be liable for indirect or
consequential loss and otherwise its liability shall be limited to the amounts paid by the Buyer for the Products or the fitting or service concerned. These
terms do not affect the Buyer's statutory rights.
Returns must be pre-authorised (if not pre-authorised the return will be rejected). Goods may only be returned direct to us if they were purchased direct
from us (customer must prove if necessary). Otherwise to be returned to original vendor. Goods must be in re-sellable condition, in the opinion of R&G
Racing. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee (25% of the gross value exc. P&P – at the prevailing price at time of purchase). The
customer must pay any and all carriage charges. No returns of discontinued products, unless within 14 days of purchase. This policy does not affect your
statutory rights and does not refer to faulty goods.
