Should a problem occur with your TiCad golf trolley or accessories, please always contact your
specialist dealer or TiCad Service in Altenstadt, Germany, directly before initiating a shipment.
This applies in particular to devices that are located outside Germany.
We will be happy to assist you with the return shipment and, if necessary, with packaging
material.
If possible, please have the devices themselves, the serial numbers of the devices and the date
of purchase ready when making service inquiries. Serial numbers can be found on the devices
themselves, on the type plates or, if applicable, on the proof of purchase.
