Problems
The board is not stable during
transfer
The transfer of the patient isn't
going smoothly
7. Disposal of the product
The product can not be disposed of with household waste and must be brought to the local recycling center.
8. Guarantee terms
Mobilex A/S offers 2 years of warranty for damages caused by errors in production or material errors. The warranty is
not valid by not-intended repair or usage of the product. Parts subject to normal wear are not covered by the
warranty, unless wear is caused by a manufacturing fault. If product changes are made without our written
acceptance the CE-marking and product warranty will not be valid. In the event of product damages covered by this
warranty, please notify your dealer or Mobilex A/S directly. The warranty does not cover transport costs and does not
include compensation for personal injuries or non-use of the product during repair. The warranty does not cover
damages due to the user manual not being followed.
9. Declaration of conformity
The device has passed the conformity assessment in accordance with EU Regulation: MDR 2017/745
regarding medical devices and is CE marked. A declaration of conformity has been issued for the
device and is available at:

Possible causes
The distance between the two sitting
surfaces exceeds 20 cm
The patient contacts the transfer board
with bare skin, which increases friction
resulting in non-smooth movement.

Solutions
Make sure that the distance between the two sitting
surfaces is not exceeding 20 cm
Dress the patient or put fabric where patient's body
touches the transfer board.
