Maintenance
Note: Please ensure a qualified electrician carries out all maintenance procedures.
The mixer is designed to give many years of trouble free operation. It is, however, important that the simple regular maintenance listed in this section is
carried out. It is recommended that an approved we dealer carries out all major maintenance and repairs. Always use genuine replacement parts, the use of
spurious parts may void your warranty. Before any maintenance is carried out on the machine, ensure it is unplugged.
Routine Maintenance
Motor Brushes
Gearbox Grease
The machine is fitted with self-deactivating carbon motor brushes. This means that the machine will automatically switch off once the brushes have been
worn down to a certain level. See the instructions below on how to replace then .

Also keep the ventilation slits (4) clear of dirt and residue so that the machine can be cooled adequately.
Note: The numbers shown in brackets refer to the pictures shown in the Machine Description section of the booklet.
1. Using a flat-blade screwdriver, unscrew the two brush holders (8) which are located on either side of the motor casing.
2. Remove the worn out brushes, and replace with new brushes.
3. Re-tighten both brush holders (8) ensuring that the brushes are securely fitted.

shall not be liable for injuries and damages resulting from the use of non-conforming equipment.
