The radio cable loop allows you to secure your mobile belonging
outside of your vehicle against burglary. After having attached
the holder to the vehicle, simply lay the cable around the item
to be secured, pull it through the loop at the end of the cable
and place the electronic unit into the holder. After having placed
the electronic unit in the holder and arming the WiPro III is
armed, an alarm will sound in case someone cuts the cable or
takes the electronic unit out of the holder. This way, items like
bicycles, camping furniture, surfboards, motorcycles, outboard
motors etc. can easily be secured.
1. Interconnection with WiPro III:
Proceed as described in the WiPro installation manual.
2. Range test:
Prior to installation check if the cable loop is able to establish a
connection with WiPro III from the desired installation spot.
Please check as follows: Activate WiPro III, take the cable loop's
electronic unit from the holder (press slightly on lower side of
housing to unlock). This should result in an alarm. If this is not
the case, change the position of the electronic unit or check
whether the connection is shielded by metal.
3. Installation:
The mounting surface must be level so that the holder has good
contact.
- Use the holder as a template and pre-drill if necessary.
- Now fasten the holder by using the two supplied stainless
steel screws.
NOTE: Please be sure to use the enclosed stainless steel
screws, as screws made of other materials could impair the
function of the wireless cable loop.
The cable loop can now be used.
