USING THE APPLIANCE
This type of fryer may only be used with oil or liquid fat, and it is
not suitable for use with solid fat. Solid fat may contain water,
which can cause hot fat to be sprayed out when heated.
1. Place the deep fryer on a dry, stable surface.
2. Since the deep fryer becomes hot during use, make sure that it is
not too close to other objects.
3. Remove the lid from the deep fryer and take out the accessories.
4. Fill the deep fryer with the desired amount of oil or fat. Make sure
the oil level is between the "MAX" and "MIN" as indicated on the
inside of the appliance. For best results, we recommend that you
do not mix different kinds of oil together.
5. Set the temperature knob to the required temperature, which is
suitable for what you are frying. The deep fryer will heat up with
the indicator light turns on.
6. Use the handle to place the basket in the deep fryer.
7. Place the food to be deep fired into the basket. For best results,
put dry food into the basket.
8. Lower the basket into the oil slowly to prevent excessive bubbling.
The deep fryer can be used with / without the lid.
9. The indicator light will go out when the temperature you have
selected has been reached. During the frying cycle, the indicator
light will go on and off in cycle, and this is a normal situation as the
appliance is equipped with a temperature regulator.
10. Raise the basket again when the frying time has elapsed.
11. Turn the thermostat fully anticlockwise to switch off the appliance
and remove the plug from the outlet.
12. Once the deep fryer and oil have completely cooled down, you
can replace the basket in the appliance and store it. Store the
deep fryer, with the lid close, in a dark, dry place. In this way, you
can leave the oil and the basket in the deep fryer when storing.
