Repeat the XR-ONE setting. After each tyre change (tyre / inner tube / tub).
Replace the tubeless ready tape. 12 months or after each balancing application.
Check Tubeless Ready Tape for damages.
The Tubeless Ready Tape needs to be changed when :
→ The imprint comes off and the amber carrier material is visible.
→ Strong bulges at the spoke holes are visible inwards and the tape wrinkles
strongly at the spokes holes.
Check the wheel for damage. Before and after each ride.
Clean with soft cloth and a suitable cleaner.
→ Do not use high pressure cleaners or aggressive cleaning agents.
Check the spoke tension, dish and wear of the wheel. Before setting up XR-ONE.
Check that wheels are secured correctly.
Check air pressure.
8.1 TRANSPORT ON A VEHICLE
Danger of damage to the wheel when transported on rear-mounted bicycle carriers from high exhaust gas temperatures. When transporting at the
rear of a vehicle, a sufficient distance must be ensured between the exhaust and the wheel. XR-ONE recommends a minimum separation of 45 cm
behind the exhaust and at least 20 cm above it.
8.2 DISPOSAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
The statutory regulations shall apply. Whenever possible, avoid creating waste. Due to the variety of components in the XR-ONE kit, it should be
stored in a safe place and protected from moisture. If the components need to be recycled, it is recommended that they be recycled independently
of each other.
