Safety instructions
Dealing with electric appliances you should attend to the following:
•
Make sure that the supply voltage corresponds with the voltage marked on
the appliance.
•
Unplug the appliance from the mains supply when it is not in use.
•
Never place the appliance or parts thereof near a fire or heating object.
•
Never immerse the appliance or its parts into water.
•
Children should never be allowed to operate the appliance.
•
Do not operate the appliance in case the appliance or the mains-lead are
damaged and if the appliance is dropped.
•
Do not disconnect the appliance from the mains supply by pulling the mains
lead.
•
Should the appliance fail to operate or in case of any damage, contact the
official repair service. Improper repairs can result in considerable hazards for
the user.
Use
The egg cooker allows you to boil between 1 and 7 eggs at the same time.
Whether the eggs are boiled 'soft', 'medium' or 'hard' depends on the amount of
water you add.
•
Use the measuring cup to get the amount of cold water required.
•
Fill the top of the egg cooker with the water.
•
Pierce the blunt end of the eggs with the piercer (on the egg-holder)
•
Place the eggs into the holder and put it with the lid on top unto the egg
cooker.
•
Connect the appliance.
•
The eggs are being boiled now.
•
A buzzer signals when the eggs are ready.
•
Carefully lift the lid. Remove the egg-holder together with the eggs from
the appliance and rinse them under cold tap water.
•
You can serve the eggs now.
