5.
Braking and safety systems
5.1. This bicycle model is equipped with a v-brake system.
WARNING: efore riding on a public road, we suggest you become familiar with the
braking system. Uncontrolled use of brakes can cause serious risks to your safety.
Remember that the left lever activates the front wheel brake while the right one the
rear wheel brake.
5.2. As soon as you try to brake with one of the two brake levers, by means of special
sensors the control device will stop the power supply to the motor, which will stop
the pedal assist.
5.3. By releasing the brake levers, the control device will be ready to operate the
motor again.
WARNING: Slow down in case of rain. Use the brake levers in moderation. Adherence
of the tread to the road surface decreases in case of wet surfaces.
