The I-74 will activate the output relay upon detecting the user-set frequency.
The detection frequency adjustment is done with a potentiometer included in the circuit.
It incorporates protection against polarity reversal, work indicator LED and connection terminals.
POWER SUPPLY: Connect the 12 VDC power supply to the POWER terminal respecting polarity of ±.
Install a switch for circuit protection and your own safety, according to CE standard.
Before activating the switch, make the rest of the circuit connections.
To power 230 V AC you can use our recommended FE 103 or FE 300 power supplies.
ADJUSTING THE DETECTION FREQUENCY: Connect the input signal to the INPUT terminals.
The cable length should be as short as possible. Use shielded cable.
The input signal cannot be less than 100 mV. nor greater than 700 mV.
Next, with the RV1 potentiometer adjust the detection frequency, move the RV1 very slowly until the LED and the
output relay connect.
Every time it receives an audio signal at the set frequency, the circuit will connect the output through the relay,
remaining connected as long as it receives the signal.
NOTE: During the detection frequency adjustment, it is normal that when approaching or moving away from the
detection frequency, the relay makes quick connections and disconnections.
