Fitting and using instruction
1. Insert parts B and C into the main bar.
o Note:

Parts B and C can be turned in order to arrange the desired form of the tow bar. Fig. 1.
▪
The tow ball shall be at the height 350 up to 420mm from the ground) Fig. 3, 4 – May happen
that additional side mounting plates are required (Optional - 3 x 55 mm / 4 x 55 mm / 5 x 55
mm)
2. Screw slightly the parts B and C (along main bar A) to the car frame using the bolts M12x40.
3. Line up the all parts in order to have the tow ball at the longitudinal axis of the car.
4. Drill 4x Ø12 holes through the main bar A and insert the bolts M12x70
5. Tighten all bolts with given torque values.
6. Connect electrical wires.
7. Check if all bolts and nuts are correctly tightened after 1000km.
Caution
Keep tow ball clean, grease and cased. All mechanical damages of tow bar exclude its further usage. Damaged ball hook
cannot be repaired.
There should be provided a free space in accordance with annex 7, drawing 25a and 25b Regulation No 55 EKG ONZ.
With maximum acceptable load of the vehicle according to the manufacturer declaration.
1. Włożyć elementy B oraz C do belki głównej A.
o Wskazówka:

Ramiona B oraz C mogą zostać obrócone I zastosowane po drugiej stronie w celu dostosowania
wysokości. Fig. 1.

Belkę główną A można obrócić w celu dostosowania wysokości.
▪
Prawidłowa wysokość środka kuli 350 mm do 420 mm od ziemi) Fig. 3, 4 – Może się zdarzyć, że
konieczne będzie zastosowanie dodatkowych wsporników montażowych w celu dostosowania
wysokości haka (Opcja - 3 x 55 mm / 4 x 55 mm / 5 x 55 mm)
2. Przykręcić lekko ramiona haka B oraz C do podłużnic w samochodzie (belka główna A powinna się znajdować
pomiędzy ramionami) przy użyciu śrub M12x40.
3. Wyrównać belkę główną A, tak, żeby znajdowała się w osi pojazdu / haka holowniczego.
4. Nawiercić 4x Ø12 otwory w ramionach poprzez istniejące w belce głównej otwory i skręcić śrubami M12x70
5. Dokręcić wszystkie śruby zgodnie z momentem podanym w tabeli.
6. Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
