•
Check that the mains voltage is the same
as the power supply voltage stated on the
type identification plate.
•
Wash all parts that come into contact with
food with warm water and washing-up
liquid. Do not immerse the motor unit in
water. Wipe it with a damp cloth.
•
Check that the power switch is in the OFF
position before plugging in the power
cord.
MINCING MEAT
1.
Cut the food into small chunks that easily
fit into the feeder.
2.
Plug in the power cord and start the
mincer.
3.
Place the food on the feeder tray.
4.
Use the meat pusher.
5.
Always switch off the meat mincer and
unplug the power cord after use.
6.
Switch off the meat mincer, unplug the
power cord, and wait until all moving
parts have come to a complete standstill.
7.
Dismantle the mincer plate and blade by
following the instructions in reverse order.
If food gets stuck
1.
Immediately switch off the meat mincer
and unplug the power cord if the overheat
protection shuts the motor off, or if the
motor is running but a bone or other
object is preventing meat from coming
through the mincer plate.
2.
Turn the power switch to REVERSE to run
the feeder screw backwards in order to
release the food that is stuck.
3.
The feeder screw rotates backwards while
the power switch is turned to REVERSE.
4.
Switch off the meat mincer, unplug the
power cord, and wait until all moving
parts have come to a complete standstill.
5.
Dismantle and clean the meat mincer in
accordance with the instructions.
Overheat protection
IMPORTANT:
•
The overheat protection resets after
about 6 minutes.
•
If the overheat protection is not
working, it must be replaced by an
authorised service centre or other
qualified personnel to ensure safe use.
•
Switch off the meat mincer and wait
about 5 seconds until all moving parts
have come to a complete standstill
before changing the direction of rotation.
DISMANTLING
1.
Switch off the meat mincer, unplug the
power cord, and wait until all moving
parts have come to a complete standstill.
2.
Dismantle by following the instructions
under "Mincing meat" in reverse order.
The locking ring has raised edges to make
it easy to turn.
3.
Use a screwdriver to push the mincer plate
off the feeder housing, as illustrated.

3.
Wash all parts that come into contact with
food with warm water and washing-up
liquid.

Using bleach that contains chlorine
on aluminium surfaces will result in
discolouration.

Do not immerse the motor unit in
water. Wipe it with a damp cloth.

Do not use strong detergents or
solvents as they may damage the
plastic parts.
