ASSSEMBLY
1.
Place the meat mincer on a level, stable
surface. The vents on the bottom and
sides of the motor unit must not be
blocked.
2.
Press the feeder housing into the opening
in the motor unit casing. Insert the
locking screw into the hole on the side of
the motor unit and turn clockwise to fix
the feeder housing in place.
3.
Insert the feeder screw, long end first,
into the feeder housing. Turn the screw to
engage.
4.
Put the blade on the feeder screw shaft,
with the edge facing outwards.

If the blade is not fitted correctly, the
meat will not be minced properly.
5.
Choose the mincer plate you want to use
and place it against the blade. Align the
raised parts in the slots.
6.
Screw on and tighten the locking ring. Do
not overtighten.
7.
Place the feeder tray on top of the feeder
housing.
