PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS
Control the tool, personal movement and the work environment to avoid
personal injury or damage to tool.
1.
Do not operate any tool when tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol
or medications.
2.
Avoid wearing clothes or jewelry that can become entangled with the
moving parts of a tool. Keep long hair covered or bound.
3.
Do not overreach when operating a tool. Proper footing and balance enable
better control in unexpected situations.
SPECIFIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
WARNING! DO NOT let comfort or familiarity with product (gained from
repeated use) replace strict adherence to the tool safety rules. If you use
this tool unsafely or incorrectly, you can suffer serious personal injury.
1.
Use the correct tool for the job. This tool was designed for a
specific function. Do not modify or alter this tool or use it for
an unintended purpose.
2.
Never point the spray gun at people or animals. Never point the tool
towards yourself. The air is under pressure and can cause a physical injury.
3.
Do not carry the tool with fingers near or on the trigger/switch.
4.
Avoid unintentional starts. Be sure that the regulator/throttle switch is in
the neutral or OFF position when not in use and before connecting it to any
air source.
5.
Disconnect the power source before installing or servicing the tool.
6.
Only use accessories that are specifically designed for use with the tool.
Ensure the accessory is tightly installed.
7.
The tool can develop high pressure. Use safety glasses and gloves for
protection during operation. Keep hands clear of the exposed rubber
portions of the hose.
8.
Do not exceed the maximum PSI rating (see Specifications).
9.
Never use oxygen, combustible gas or any other bottled gas as a
power source.
