How to use the charger
To start charging
1. Stalling the vehicle, open the AC charging port of the car.
2. Insert the type 2 gun into the car charging port to connect.
3. Turn on the circuit switch to power on. The indicator light flashes green, indicating it is
charging;
To stop charging
1. The device will automatically power off when the car is fully charged, and the
indicator light shows green. Also, you can actively turn off the circuit switch to power
off. Pull out the charging gun from the car charging port and hang it on the holder.
2. When the device has faults, you can press the red 'emergency stop button' at the side and
rotate in the indicated direction to reset.

Other problems
• Can start charging but no current
There is a battery icon on the upper right of the screen. If it is gray, it indicates that the S2
switch of the vehicle is not closed. The charging device is waiting for the close of S2 switch. If
the switch is not closed for long time, please try to electrify the vehicle without firing.
• Overvoltage and undervoltage
If the screen displays overvoltage or undervoltage in the lower right corner. Please find an
electrician to check the circuit. Use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the device incoming
wire, and then measure the voltage at the incoming wire of the distribution box.
• Leakage alarm
If the screen shows electricity leakage, it may be the vehicle electricity leakage or the screw at

the device inlet wire is not tightened. First check whether the device inlet wire is
tightly connected. If not, please change another car to charge it for a test.
If there is any abnormal situation in use, please refer to "Troubleshooting of General
faults" first. If you still cannot troubleshoot a fault, please cut off the power supply of the charger
and contact our customer service.

Solution
Check if the power input line has power
and if the power switch is closed
The air switch installed at the front end of the
charging station must have a leakage trip
function, check the front air switch and
close the circuit breaker switch
Please contact customer service
Check if the charging gun is securely
connected to the vehicle socket, ensure that
the charging gun is plugged into the
bottom of the socket
Rotate the emergency stop switch in the
direction indicated to restart
The equipment provides power according to
the need of the vehicle's on-board charger.
The maximum current value accepted by the
vehicle can refer to the vehicle manual; When
the vehicle battery level is close to full, the
charging current will decrease, which is a
normal condition.
