Other problems
Can start charging but no current
•
Please check if S2 switch is closed or not. The charging device is waiting for S2 switch closing.
If the switch is not closed for long time, please try to electrify the vehicle without firing.
Overvoltage and undervoltage
•
If the voltage on the screen is higher than 265V, it means overvoltage. If the voltage on the
screen is lower than 95V, it means undervoltage. Please find an electrician to check the circuit.
Use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the device incoming wire, and then measure the
voltage at the incoming wire of the distribution box.

Instructions before use
• The installation and connection of this charging device to the power grid must be operated by
professional personnel.
• During the installation, maintenance or replacement of the charging station, the power supply must
be cut off to prevent electric shock.
• The power supply must be consistent with the requirements of this charger, and the ground wire
must be reliably grounded.
• Please do not plug or remove the charging gun when the current is on, so as to avoid irreversible
damage to the charging pile and the car.
• All tools used should be insulated to prevent exposed metal parts from touching the metal frame,
causing a short circuit.
• Do not modify, retrofit, or change any part by yourself under any circumstances.
• Please strictly follow the design parameters and operating conditions during use and do not exceed
the threshold in this user manual, otherwise the equipment may be damaged.
• Ensure the service life and operation of the mobile charger are stable, and the environment for use
of the equipment should be kept as clean, constant temperature and humidity as possible. The mobile
charger must not be used in the presence of volatile gas or flammable atmosphere.
• Keep the charger away from children.
Cable Requirement
If you buy a 11KW charger, the minimum cable required for this charging device is 5*4 square
•
if the length is less than 40 meters. If more than 40 meters, please choose 5*6 square cable. And use
4P20A or 32A circuit breaker for 11KW device.
